Job Summary

Sharp Brains is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office IT infrastructure support, asset management, and project-based technical assistance in Mexico City.

The successful candidate will work closely with remote technical teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Provision, deploy, replace, image, track, and decommission IT equipment.
- Support office network connectivity, Wi-Fi, printing, AV, voice, and workplace technologies.
- Install and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related IT infrastructure.
- Support conference rooms, digital signage, and smart office technologies.




- Maintain IT asset inventory and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate warranty repairs, equipment redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
- Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and IT deployment projects.
- Provide remote hands support and coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/remote technical teams and maintain clear documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, or IT field services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Basic networking knowledge covering LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and access points.
- Experience with IT hardware asset management and inventory control.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams and vendors.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
