Job Role : - Sr. Java Full Stack Developer (React & Azure)

Mandatory skills

· Strong Java development experience with React, Kafka, and Azure.

· Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, with the ability to define, recognize, and continuously improve high-quality, maintainable, testable, secure, and well-structured code while effectively leveraging AI-assisted development.

· Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.

· Demonstrated ownership, curiosity,



and a continuous learning mindset.

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

· Ability to quickly understand and contribute within an existing architecture and codebase.

· Experience working in embedded delivery models alongside established engineering teams.

Strong focus on knowledge sharing, mentoring, and leaving teams better equipped after the engagement.

· Proven ability to deliver value rapidly while maintaining high engineering standards, code quality, and sound software engineering practices.

· Deep expertise in Java and backend application development. Strong experience designing and building APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and Kafka-based integrations.

· Experience with Azure cloud services, containerized applications, and distributed systems.

Ability to lead backend architecture, technical design, and implementation while mentoring team members.

· Experience optimizing application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.

· Deep expertise in React and modern TypeScript/JavaScript development. Experience designing scalable, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.

· Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, testing, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
