We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents and solutions. This role combines technical depth with strategic consulting, enabling you to transform complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.

Agent Development Lifecycle: Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.

Workflow & Architecture Design:



Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Production Iteration: Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.

Innovation Opportunities: Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.

Must-have Skills

7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.

English level: C1 Advanced.

Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration.

Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.

Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.
