Your Role
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices while promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, financial tracking, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.

Your Profile




- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master practices, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments and familiarity with SAFe frameworks are highly desirable.
- Advanced English (C1-C2).
- Availability to work on-site at CDMX.
