· Perform Takeoffs and material quantity calculations based on plans and project documentation.
· Review and interpret plans, specifications, and construction details.
· Prepare, modify, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
· Review measurements, quantities, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
· Utilize Excel to organize quantities, perform calculations, prepare tables, and track project information.
· Prepare and maintain project files, reports, and documentation.
· Follow up on changes, revisions, and assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.
· Prepare and respond to emails and administrative documentation in English, as needed.
· Support the Estimating, Drafting, and project Management teams with project-related activities.

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
