As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform routine and more complex repairs, preventive maintenance, and installation of equipment. You will do this promptly to minimise disruptions of site operations. Additionally, you will assist the supervisor in coaching the team.

You will report to the Maintenance Coordinator and you will work 4 days at our site located in Pedro Escobedo, Queretaro and 1 home office day.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and complex troubleshooting and repairs of production and facility equipments, resolving recurring maintenance issues in the assigned area of activity
- Conduct electrical and mechanical installation, repair, and troubleshooting of motors, instrumentation and controls.
- Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate contractor activities.
- Work in accordance to all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA,



USDA and internal safety guidelines.
- Participate in lean activities.
- Maintain level of housekeeping/sanitation/food safety and safety which meets our standards.
- Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to creating and closing work requests using Maintenance management system (SAP).
- Prioritize, assign and monitor work orders to mechanics in the absence of the team supervisor.
- Train and coach other maintenance staff as required.
- May represent maintenance on facility project teams.

Your Professional Profile Should Include

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Certification required in forklift operation and at least one of the following: pipefitting, welding, or pump, PLC, electrical, robotics or equipment repair.
- Overall work experience of 6+ years of experience in matrixed organization. 1+ years of experience in people management.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel tools
- Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines
