Job Title: Logistics RepresentativeLocation: Monterrey, MexicoDuration : 5 Months Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish is considered important and likely requiredJob Description:The client is looking for resources with a skill set similar to the existing Logistics Representatives, along with additional inventory reconciliation responsibilities in SAP, including processing scrapping and location-move transactions.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute Inventory Transactions in SAP• Process daily inventory and scrap transactions.
• Enter approved scrap transactions into SAP/Signal.
• Ensure transactions align with approved scrap IDs and supporting documentation.
• Report completion status and exceptions daily.
Support S&A; Scrap Backlog Cleanup• Work through files provided by Flex containing: O SKU informationO Scrap IDsO Quantities• Process historical, untransacted scrap activity.
• Validate that transactions are correctly recorded and traceable.
Inventory Reconciliation Support• Help reconcile discrepancies between:



O Flex inventory recordsO SAP/Signal inventory records• Investigate inventory variances and support inventory cleanup efforts.
Reporting and Tracking• Maintain records of completed transactions.
• Track which approved scrap IDs have been processed.
• Provide status updates on backlog reduction and remaining work.

Coordination with Flex Teams• Work closely with Flex personnel in El Paso and Juarez.
• Receive transaction files and clarification requests.
• Facilitate ongoing communication to ensure transactions remain current.
Required QualificationsMust-Have• Experience performing inventory transactions in SAP.
• Inventory control or inventory management background.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high transaction volumes accurately.
• Comfortable working from transaction logs, spreadsheets, and inventory reports.
Nice to haves• Experience with: O Inventory reconciliationO Scrap processingO Contract manufacturing environments (Flex or similar EMS providers)O SAP inventory modules.
