Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon vendors submitting testing and certification requests through the Amazon portal.
- Contact prospective customers promptly to understand their testing needs and establish trusted business relationships.
- Qualify inbound opportunities and identify additional sales potential across product portfolios.
- Manage multiple customer projects and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Guide customers through the initial stages of the sales process, including project identification, information gathering, and quote coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to transition larger or strategic opportunities for further development.
- Partner with laboratory teams to ensure testing projects are launched efficiently and customer expectations are met.
- Utilize approved outreach strategies, communication templates, and engagement best practices to maximize conversion rates.
- Track opportunities throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-up with customers.




- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and contribute to pipeline growth initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and UL Solutions' service offerings.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, project coordination, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience engaging customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
