Responsibilities
Scheduling and Dispatching: Use radio, phone, or computer systems to direct field crews and units to appropriate locations based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs. Prioritization: Organize calls according to urgency and supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedules. Communication: Relay information between work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, and emergency personnel. Problem Resolution: Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve issues, address service requests, and provide necessary information. Documentation: Maintain and update call logs, records,



and other important documentation related to field operations.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
