We are seeking a professional in the engineering field with a Master’s degree (desirable) and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the medical industry to join our team. Responsibilities
Production planning and scheduling Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies Capacity planning and workforce planning Budget management and KPI development and reporting Ensure safety and environmental compliance Manage inventory and materials, applying Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5 S, and root cause analysis Maintain quality systems and compliance requirements Analyze data using Microsoft Excel Qualifications & Competencies
Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (desirable) At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager (essential) Experience in the medical industry Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,
