Master Scheduler II
This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Execute daily production plans to balance requirements against available capacity; evaluate capacity across multiple work centers to meet the production plans, and (ii) Coordinate with production management to ensure delivery and inventory goals are met; Establish and evaluate production schedule priorities; Oversee the release of production orders; Analyze work centers capacity and level loads requirements to ensure production schedule is meet.. Requires 3+ years of experience in purchasing and/or material control as a buyer, expeditor or planner with extensive supplier contact and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area.
- Manages daily production plans to balance requirements against available capacity; evaluate capacity across multiple work centers to meet the production plans
- Coordinate with production management to ensure delivery and inventory goals are met; Establish and evaluate production schedule priorities; Oversee the release of production orders; Analyze work centers capacity and level loads requirements to ensure production schedule is meet.
- Lead and present at manufacturing core team meetings, discuss KPIs, identify issues, and align on potential solutions to ensure that the plan is met
- Identify and coordinate resource needs in order to execute production plans; create plan to resolve demand and supply issues
- Align production schedule to meet target stock levels; manage and optimize the master production schedule for labor and production equipment utilization
- Ensure customer orders are produced and shipped on time to comply with customer pick up dates (MTO)
- Identify risks and opportunities, coordinate projects with other groups to keep process and procedure continuous improvements
- Actively participates in the creation of planning process for new production processes.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing and/or material control as a buyer, expeditor or planner with extensive supplier contact
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of MRP systems (SAP)
- Able to establish effective working relationships with suppliers
- Advanced knowledge of realistic master schedules; planning, programming and sequencing production and capacity planning
Other:
- Intermediate English proficiency
