About the Role
Motive is seeking a Sales Manager, Commercial – Mexico (CMRL) to lead and scale our commercial sales segment in one of our fastest-growing markets. In this role, you’ll drive new business growth across small and mid-sized customers, building a high-performing,
metrics-driven team focused on velocity, consistency, and execution.
As a commercial sales leader, you’ll play a key role in expanding Motive’s footprint across Mexico by optimizing pipeline generation, improving conversion rates, and coaching reps to win in a competitive, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team effectively communicates the value of Motive’s solutions and delivers meaningful outcomes to a broad base of customers.
This is a high-impact role suited for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume sales environments. You are data-driven, operationally strong, and passionate about developing talent while driving predictable revenue growth.
This is a remote role based in Mexico, with regular travel required to customer sites and internal meetings.
