Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete & Rebar Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for U.S.-based residential and commercial construction projects. The adecuado candidate has strong hands-on experience reviewing construction documents, completing detailed material takeoffs, interpreting structural plans, and estimating concrete and reinforcing steel scopes.

This is a remote position requiring excellent attention to detail, sound construction knowledge, and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Mexico, Peru, Colombia & Dominican Republic)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience estimating concrete and rebar scopes for U.S.-based construction commercial and residential projects.
- Solid understanding of concrete construction methods,



reinforcing steel placement, formwork, and related materials.
- Familiarity with rebar schedules, bar bending schedules, and reinforced concrete detailing.
- Proven experience preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Proficiency in one or more estimating platforms, such as:
- PlanSwift
- Bluebeam Revu
- On-Screen Takeoff
- STACK
- Procore
- Similar construction estimating software
- Familiarity with U.S. construction terminology, measurement standards, specifications, and bidding practices.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Reliable computer equipment and a stable high-speed internet connection.
