Job Description

REYNOSA, TAMPS
- Improve and sustain the level of involvement and commitment of the entire workforce
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting and Hiring process of salary and union employees
- Ensure benefits are competitive with the local market and cost effective
- Industrial Relationships with the union and follow up Mexican labor law.
- Develop systems and processes to keep continuous improvement in HR
- Lead absenteeism and turnover actions / projects
- Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
- Responsible for the execution of a good communication system for union and non-union employees.
- Responsible for maintaining external communication with the local authorities and companies for the support of future needs.
- Responsible to Control and follow up department budgets and key operational indicators.
- Responsible for the training program of middle management and managers.
- Responsible for the administration of the performance evaluation system of the company.
- Responsible for the internal and external communication of the company.
