Agentic AI Solutions EngineerLocation: Remote – MexicoSchedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ESTAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to design, configure, and optimize AI Agents for enterprise healthcare and life sciences environments.This is an AI implementation and solutions role, not a traditional backend development position.
You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows and translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, test, and optimize AI Agents.Conduct customer discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.Translate business workflows into agent logic and multi-step AI workflows.Create and optimize prompts and system instructions.Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-based solutions.Support integrations with APIs, SQL databases, CRMs, and data warehouses.Participate in UAT, troubleshooting, and production implementations.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success,



and enterprise customers.Requirements1–2+ years of experience with AI implementation, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions.Hands-on experience building or configuring AI Agents.Strong Prompt Engineering and LLM knowledge.Experience or strong understanding of RAG.Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.Experience gathering customer requirements and translating workflows into technical solutions.Strong English communication skills.Highly PreferredExperience or meaningful exposure to:Salesforce / Salesforce Health CloudVeeva CRM / Veeva VaultSnowflakeHealthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences environmentsYou do not need experience with every platform, but you should understand how enterprise systems, data, and AI solutions work together.CompensationPayroll: MXN $34 K–$42 K/month
