Marketplace Senior Manager - Di Di Moto SSL (Lat Am)Mexico City (CDMX)About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketplace Senior Manager to lead the Di Di Moto SSL strategy and operations across Lat Am (excl. Argentina).
In this role, you will be the ultimate " City Owner" of our marketplace metrics, driving supply-demand balance, resource allocation, and revenue optimization through advanced quantitative models.Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and govern the Marketplace frameworks, metric systems, and city-level operational strategies across Lat Am.
• Define and deploy quantitative/statistical analyses to optimize pricing, driver/rider supply, and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team (3 Strategy/Data Managers + 1 Intern).
• Decide resource allocation and ROI viability for city operations and expansion.
• Partner directly with VP+ stakeholders, cross-functional leads, and regional leaders.Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Revenue Management, or Marketplace Operations.
• 3+ years in people management and team leadership.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency inSQL
