This is a dynamic role with a strong focus onTalent Acquisition across Mexico, combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, includingemployee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.What you'll do
Leadend-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico, partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
Advise leaders ontalent, performance, development and employee-related topics.
Supportlabor and union relationsat the Apodaca site.
Maintain accurate HR information and support processes throughSuccess Factors and other HR systems.
Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, includingIATF/ISO requirements.
Partner with local,



regional and global HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.What we're looking for
~ Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
~3–5 years of experiencein HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
~ Experience in amanufacturing or industrial environmentis highly valued.
~ Fluent English.
~ Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
~ Experience withSuccess Factors, TRESS or similar HR systemsis a plus.
~ Exposure tolabor relations, union environments, IATF ***** or ISO auditsis highly desirable.
