We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Leader to lead and execute key HR strategies within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role will serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, labor relations, and workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background, combining strong expertise in talent processes, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and culture development.
This position requires a hands-on leader capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management & Organizational Development- Lead and facilitate performance management processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, calibration sessions, and development planning
- Drive succession planning initiatives and support the identification and development of high-potential talent
- Partner with leaders to create career growth frameworks and employee development strategies
- Support workforce planning efforts aligned with current and future business needs
- Develop and implement organizational development programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectivenessCompensation & Talent Strategy- Partner with leadership and HR stakeholders on compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and talent retention initiatives
- Provide guidance on internal equity, organizational structure, and workforce effectiveness
- Support annual compensation reviews and talent planning cyclesEmployee Engagement & Culture- Design and implement employee engagement strategies that enhance organizational culture and employee experience
- Lead employee recognition programs, communication initiatives, and culture-building activities




- Analyze engagement feedback and develop action plans to improve organizational effectiveness and retention
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company valuesLabor & Employee Relations- Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee relations matters and workplace concerns
- Partner with operations leaders to address employee issues while ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
- Support investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement processes
- Foster positive employee relations while balancing business objectives and workforce needsHR Leadership & Business Partnership- Act as a trusted advisor to plant and functional leadership teams
- Support organizational changes, business transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Utilize HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making and business strategy
- Ensure HR programs and practices align with organizational goals and compliance requirementsQualificationsRequired- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
