and test manufacturing equipment in preparation for successful qualification and operationPerform qualification and validation on manufacturing equipment according to company proceduresTroubleshooting of electromechanical systems that include motion, pneumatics, electronics systems, PLC or Computer basedExecute maintenance and startup of equipment when applicableRelocate and Install manufacturing equipment according to manufacturers and qualification documentationPerform LOTO activitiesTrain and Support PMC personal in Preventive Maintenance InstructionsDocument Equipment Events with no impact to product assembledPurchase of replacement spare parts, equipment, componentsProvide equipment-related technical support to on-going production operations.Document and close Equipment Downtime notificationsReport equipment findings during troubleshooting example 4 blockerPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceCAD and Solidworks knowledge.Must be able to speak, read and write in English 70%.
Must be able to travel to the USA.Good communication skills.Required Education and TrainingBachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.Working ConditionsNonePreferred Skills and ExperienceBlueprint reading and interpretation.Experienced in ISO *****, or medical device manufacturing environment.
