The Traffic scheduler analize and manages transportation work orders that are assigned and will ensure financial goals and budgets for transportation are met.EDUCATION LEVELBachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration , Commerce.LANGUAGESEnglish-advancedEXPERIENCEin logistics (material planner, traffic scheduler, etc)Skilled problem solver / Mathematically adeptComputer literate and experienced in all facets of materials scheduling, transport scheduling , planningand inventory control techniques.Customs and commerce knowledge.V.
MAIN MISSIONS OF THE ROLEEnsure customer delivery in a timely manner.Support the resolution of claims with carriers, in relation with the plant, finance and account payables.Create transportation MIFD's (External)Monitor the truck utilization per route vs targetSupport the implementation of new tools,



systems and processes.Identify truck utilization opportunities in the weekly/monthly plans and liaise with the material planners to improve it.Follow-up the execution of the Freight OrdersManage the transportation alert system.Organize premium freight according the related procedure.Conduct the implementation of logistics basics: booking operations, traceability, labeling, container management, etc.Look for productivity gains and cost reductionsMonitor & report vigente and forecasted cost performance vs Budget/Standard cost on a weekly basisAny other job related task as assigned by ManagerControl the split of shared flows costs between the plantsSpecific customer requirements
