Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Working knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and statutory benefit requirements
Professional proficiency in English strongly.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems
Experience working within or alongside a shelter / maquiladora arrangement
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or similar multi-site manufacturing environment
Familiarity with a shelter service provider.
Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers.
