We're looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead Standard Café—a vibrant, all-day dining destination where great food, genuine hospitality, and neighborhood energy come together. We're searching for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires their team, and creates memorable dining experiences from the first coffee of the morning to the last bite of the evening.

As our Chef de Cuisine – Standard Café, you'll lead the culinary vision for one of the hotel's signature outlets, balancing creativity with consistency while building a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Standard Café, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across every service.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect The Standard's bold, approachable, and creative culinary style.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team through hands-on leadership.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and food cost while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership to deliver memorable
