Functions and Responsibilities

Support manufacturing logistics projects focused on improving material flow and operational efficiency.

Analyze and optimize material handling processes across warehouse and production operations.

Assist in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Collaborate with logistics, production and engineering teams to support daily operations.

Support engineering activities related to production, logistics and manufacturing projects.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and process standards.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects.

Material flow efficiency.

Production support performance.

Process standardization compliance.

Continuous improvement participation.

Selection Criteria

Basic understanding of manufacturing, logistics and material handling concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Strong communication, organization and learning agility.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or related field

Required Experience





0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments.

Internship, co-op or academic project experience in manufacturing, logistics or operations is highly valued.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material flow or production systems.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.

Automotive or manufacturing industry exposure is considered a plus.
