- Identify infrastructure and regulatory bottlenecks




- Advise on policies improving trade corridors and connectivity
- Contribute to investment-related transport strategiesRequirements:Education- Master's degree in transport, logistics, economics, or related fieldGeneral Professional Experience- Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governmentsSpecific Professional Experience- Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport and logisticsDevelopment Cooperation Experience- Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projectsLanguages- English (C1 mandatory)
- Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)
