OBJECTIVE
Review and apply social benefits in accordance with the laws of social security, infonavit and afores and verify and report salaries and ISR, responsible for calculating payroll for payment of salaries and benefits and/or updating information for accounting purposes

FUNCTIONS

Preparation of administrative minutes and sanctions

Preparation of labor certificates

Preparation of reports of misdemeanors and reprimands

Preparation of movement warnings

Preparation of payment requests as requiredArchiving of documents related to the position Major Medical Expenses Insurance, Life Insurance and Traveler's Insurance Control

Preparation of monthly reports for accounting Person in charge of registering checks of staff entrances and exits Delivery of certificates and major medical insurance cards, traveler's insurance and life insurance cards to the company's employees





Preparation of individual contracts Temporary personnel control

Preparation of salary proposals for promotion Preparation of weekly and biweekly payrolls and wages

Preparation of monthly pantry payrolls for all company personnel Preparation of benefit payrolls (PTU, Christmas bonus, annual bonus)

Processing of the application for voucher cards to the supplier, as well as the processing of payment of the same Updating of vacation records for unionized personnel

Preparation of severance payments for personnel with fixed-term contracts

To deduct FONACOT credits via payroll to the requesting personnel and to the entire credit institution and request payment to the finance and administration area for the same Make INFONAVIT discounts via payroll Make alimony deductions via payroll and payment processing Keep track of the attendance record of unionized personnel
