We Are Hiring: BPO Recruiter | Mexico City (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated BPO Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Nearsol / Cxperts in Mexico City!

Schedule: Monday – Friday
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage high-volume recruitment cycles for BPO, call center, and customer service positions.
Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media campaigns, and employee referral networks.
Talent Assessment: Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, and English proficiency (C1 level).
Metrics & Reporting: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets while tracking key recruitment KPIs and maintaining accurate ATS data.
Talent Initiatives: Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and innovative talent attraction campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Location:



Must currently reside in Mexico City (CDMX) and be available for a hybrid work schedule in Colonia del Valle.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven high-volume recruitment experience in BPO, Call Center, Customer Service, or Shared Services environments.
English Proficiency: C1 Level required (strong written and verbal communication for interviewing and reporting).
Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and digital sourcing tools.

What We Offer
Gross Monthly Salary: $17,000 MXN
