We are seeking aUS Tax Accountant with experience in foreign-owned LLC taxationto support international founders with US tax filings, compliance, and advisory.In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they remain compliant with IRS reporting requirements while providing guidance on US tax exposure and proper business structuring.
You will also play a key role in helping establish and manage anew tax function within the company , with opportunities for growth as the department expands.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file Form **** with Pro Forma **** for foreign-owned LLCsPrepare Form ****-NR for non-resident individuals when applicableFile Form **** for multi-member LLCsPrepare Form **** for entity classification elections when requiredAssist with Form **** for S-Corp elections when applicablePrepare Form **** extensions when necessaryEnsure compliance with foreign-owned LLC reporting requirements, related party transaction reporting,
