Our Full Truck Load (FTL) business unit is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for high-performing sales professionals who want to build a strategic customer portfolio and become leaders in the market.

Your MissionBe responsible for developing new strategic accounts for the FTL division through field prospecting, high-level business relationships, and consultative selling.
This is not an account management role.
What You’ll DoProspect high-potential companies through daily in-person sales visits.
Generate meetings with Directors of Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.




Identify domestic and international transportation opportunities.
Design logistics solutions in collaboration with Pricing, Carrier Sales, and Operations.
Negotiate contracts and long-term commercial agreements.
Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers.
Develop new accounts from the ground up and convert them into recurring customers.
Achieve aggressive revenue generation targets.
Manage your sales pipeline and forecast within the CRM.
Represent Envia.com in front of some of the country’s most important customers.
What We’re Looking ForWe are not looking for a traditional salesperson.
We are looking for a Hunter.
Someone who is experienced in opening new markets, generating meetings from scratch, and closing complex deals.
The idóneo candidate should have:
5+ years of experience selling B2B logistics solutions.
Proven experience in FTL.
A demonstrable track record of acquiring new accounts.
