Functions and Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing logistics projects focused on improving material flow and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize material handling processes across warehouse and production operations.
- Assist in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics, production and engineering teams to support daily operations.
- Support engineering activities related to production, logistics and manufacturing projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and process standards.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or related field

Required Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments.
- Internship, co-op or academic project experience in manufacturing, logistics or operations is highly valued.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material flow or production systems.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
- Automotive or manufacturing industry exposure is considered a plus.
