Transportation Specialist As a Transportation Specialist in our Queretaro Plant, you will develop and implement efficient transport solutions to ensure smooth operational execution. You will evaluate, optimize, and refine transportation strategies to meet business objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders to design, deploy, and continuously improve logistics solutions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing logistics efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance by optimizing transport systems and methodologies.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize transportation methods to support business operations
Analyze transport processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, planning, procurement, and logistics) to design and implement transport solutions
Monitor transportation performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support the deployment of transport strategies aligned with organizational goals
Troubleshoot and resolve routine and non-routine transportation issues independently
Maintain documentation of transport processes, standards, and best practices
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing within the team regarding transport methods and practices
Participate in projects related to logistics optimization and process improvement
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles
Experience in transport planning, routing, or logistics optimization preferred
English (business level)
