Responsibilities

Coordination and planning of the day-to-day activities of the Pune Mechanical COE team.

Project identification, planning, and tracking.

Interaction with LOB leaders and subject matter experts.

Serving as a subject matter expert on Mechanical CAD tools and processes for both the Pune team and the business as a whole.

Reporting on the status of the team’s projects, including tracking appropriate KPIs and SLAs

JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

BS in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent required.

MS in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, or an MBA, preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design for critical infrastructure systems.

Demonstrated success in leading teams to accomplish project implementations on time, on budget, and with high quality.7+ years of design experience with a modern MCAD package required.

5+ years of design experience with CREO preferred.

Experience leading distributed teams.

Experience leading teams based in either India or China, preferred.

Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required (estimated 10% of travel)

Solid communications skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
