About the Role:

Role: Master Data Specialist
Location: Mexico (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Support Transfer of Work (ToW) projects between manufacturing facilities
Create, maintain, review,



and validate master data within ERP systems
Manage SKU, Item, Product, Customer, and Packaging data
Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
Support ERP readiness, system setup, migration, and transition activities
Coordinate pre-transfer and pre-production activities
Manage assigned activities as individual projects, tracking timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with sending and receiving manufacturing plants
Collaborate with Customer Service, Pre-Press, Estimating, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
Identify and resolve data and system-related issues
Use Excel for data analysis, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data validation
Ensure systems and master data are production-ready before transfers
Travel frequently to U.S. manufacturing locations and provide on-site support
Idóneo Background:
Master Data / Data Management experience
ERP experience with JDE, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Radius, FlexLink, Label Traxx, or similar platforms
Background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
Experience with SKU, Item, Product, Customer, or Packaging Master Data
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation
Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel 50%+ within the U.S.
