We’re looking for a
Software Design Engineer III
to join our automotive engineering team and contribute to the development of
embedded software for instrument cluster and Head-Up Display (HUD) systems
.
This role is adecuado for a senior embedded software engineer with strong experience in
C, AUTOSAR Classic, CAN/CAN FD, CANoe, and automotive development processes
, who enjoys working with customers and multicultural engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Drive upstream activities within the
software development V-model
, including requirements definition, system design, and verification planning. Capture, analyze, document, and manage
customer and internal software requirements
. Develop functional specifications and ensure requirements traceability. Work closely with customers to manage Q&A; and troubleshoot technical issues. Perform
bench and vehicle testing
, including on-site customer support when required. Report testing issues to software design teams and collaborate on corrective actions. Manage configuration, version control, change management, and development documentation. Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance on software design and problem solving.
