As Product Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks : Own client outcomes
. Manage 2–3 founders at once, set clear expectations, and deliver a 10-star experience . Turn vision into a plan
. Translate messy ideas into goals, roadmaps, and prioritized weekly plans . Shape the work

Scope features end-to-end — prototypes, flows, specs, edge cases — without relying on engineers or designers to fill gaps . Partner with engineering
. Work closely with a Technical Lead to unblock delivery, simplify solutions, answer most feasibility questions, and keep the squad shipping predictably . Lead with data
. Define success metrics, write analytics specs, and answer “is this working?” with real insights . Own quality
. You’re the last line of defense — stress-test every build, protect clients from surprises, and make sure what ships feels sharp, reliable, and worthy of Turbo’s and the client’s name
