Overview
This position is for a highly experienced, senior Facebook campaign manager who will own a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands spending $50,000–$200,000+ per month on Meta — not as a button-pusher, but as the person the client trusts to tell them where the money should go next.
Our social team has spent over $500 M on Meta advertising. We're a performance and growth marketing agency that combines technology, problem-solving, and consumer psychology to make paid media profitable for digitally native e-commerce brands. This role has a clear path to leading a team.
What You'll Do
Own the strategy Build long-term acquisition strategies and tactical week-to-week plans across Facebook and Instagram. Establish performance benchmarks, then continuously monitor and optimize against them. Design, run, and read campaign tests — and know the difference between a real result and noise. Partner with account managers and strategists to execute, optimize, and scale a portfolio of client Meta accounts against real business objectives.
Own the creative thinking Analyze creative performance and explain why a winner is winning — the hook, the format, the audience, the offer. Turn that analysis into a concrete creative roadmap: what to make next, and what to stop making. Brief the in-house design team with clear, specific creative direction. Bring a point of view on creative strategy that clients wouldn't have arrived at on their own.
Own the relationship Communicate wins, losses, and what happens next clearly to clients, account managers, and strategists — so everyone understands the roadmap ahead. Translate performance data into language a founder or CMO can act on. Be a thought leader — challenge your team and your clients to think past the obvious, find innovative solutions,
and drive results.
What You Need 3+ years managing paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising for direct-to-consumer brands. Proven management of multiple ad accounts at $75,000+/month while hitting brand KPIs. Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or above) , with strong verbal communication — you'll be client-facing daily, on calls and in writing. Strong creative analysis skills — you can look at a set of ads and articulate what's working, why, and what to test next. Excellent writing and creative content skills — you can write a creative brief the design team can actually build from. Hands-on experience with MTA / attribution platforms such as Triple Whale and Northbeam, plus GA4 and Meta's native attribution. Advanced command of full-funnel strategy : prospecting, retargeting, and LTV cohort segmentation. Fluency in performance metrics : CPA, CVR, ROAS, MER, CPM, CPV, CPC, CTR — and which one matters for which client. Deep knowledge of Meta custom audiences, events, and product feeds. Independent problem solver who doesn't need platform training — you'll be trusted to diagnose and fix an underperforming account without waiting to be told. Strong attention to detail, organized, with exceptional time management skills — including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items while effectively managing changing priorities. Hard worker, innovative thinker, and collaborative team player.
How We Work Fully remote — we trust you to manage your own time. You'll need 4-5 hours of overlap with US PST or EST time for client calls and team syncs. Fast feedback, direct communication, and a team of people who are genuinely good at this.
Compensation Salary: $40,000 to $70,000, paid in USD
