We are seeking an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead / Product Owner to drive the strategy, prioritization, and end-to-end execution of enterprise analytics products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and Agile teams to turn complex business needs into actionable product roadmaps, clear features, and measurable business outcomes.

You will manage the analytics backlog and delivery lifecycle within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, using Azure DevOps to track progress. Additionally, you will play a key leadership role as we modernize our infrastructure, supporting our planned migration toward an advanced cloud data platform built on Databricks and AWS S3.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Ownership: Define product vision, construct strategic roadmaps, and maintain an ordered product backlog aligned with enterprise business goals.
- Agile Delivery Leadership: Facilitate core SAFe Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate delivery risks, and lead sprint planning and feature prioritization.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between executive business partners, data engineers, platform architects,



and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Platform Modernization: Support the migration from legacy data environments to a modern cloud ecosystem utilizing Databricks and AWS S3.
- Quality & Observability: Ensure enterprise analytics products are scalable, reliable, secure, and governed across all phases of the development lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Agile Expertise: Proven experience operating as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead within a SAFe Agile environment, with hands-on proficiency in Azure DevOps.
- Data & Analytics Background: Strong background managing data products, BI solutions, enterprise reporting, and cloud data architecture projects.
- Core Technical Stack: Hands-on familiarity with the following technologies:
- Platforms & Cloud: Databricks, AWS S3, Oracle, Amazon Aurora
- BI & Visualization: Power BI
- Integration & AI: Boomi, Unity, Amazon Bedrock
- Observability: Datadog
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite presence required for collaborative team leadership.
