HCL Tech is looking for Project Manager with experience managing SAP implementation team.

SKILLS:

- Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review
- Ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state
- Proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful SAP implementations
- Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
- A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience
- The ability to work at all levels within organizations
- Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience

SAP experience strongly desired
- Spanish conversant and writing skills as well as English




- To support business transformation for clients through Change Management activities and deliverables focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating benefits realization
- To engage with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations to ensure that the business is prepared to accept and adopt new and modified technology, processes, and organizational structures
- To execute on comprehensive business change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes
