Position: Senior HR Business Partner, LATAM Location: Mexico City/Onsite, with regional travel

About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy across Latin America operations. This is a regional role, partnering directly with senior business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and employee experience across multiple LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across LATAM business units, advising on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Lead full-cycle HR support for a multi-country client group, including performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support regional hiring plans and leadership pipeline development
Guide managers through organizational change, restructuring, and change management initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor law and employment regulations across multiple LATAM jurisdictions (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile)




Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions
Champion culture and employee engagement initiatives at a regional scale
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to people leaders, building manager capability

What We're Looking For
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple LATAM countries
Strong working knowledge of labor law across at least two major LATAM markets
Proven experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders
Fluency in English and Spanish required.
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations
Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none previously existed
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
