1-2 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)
Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)
Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written)
Strong analytical aptitude and ability to interpret complex financial data, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style
Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently
Ability to lead projects and seek innovative solutions
Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Job Description
Conduct profitability analysis and operational efficiencies of current and potential projects




Conduct market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
Preparation of monthly board of directors presentations
Preparation of financial models
Support in the coordination of the Due Diligence process for investments or acquisitions
Support in the development of the 100-day post-closure plan and implementation
Support in the review of legal contracts
Support in the integration of current or future acquisitions
Lead initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
