helping ensure billing processes run efficiently and correctly.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately transfer data from reports into spreadsheetsTrack trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customersCross‐check rate confirmations against shipment orders to ensure accurate billingAssist Billing and Pricing specialists with daily tasks to improve team productivitySupport bid processing using pricing and bid management platformsReview, analyze, and organize billing, pricing, and trailer documentationPerform trailer tracking and detection using ExcelSupport pricing‐related tasks️ Technical Skills & RequirementsIntermediate Excel skills (required)10‐key data entry experience (required)Ability to download, review, and interpret documents (rates, pricing, trailer data, etc.)Strong experience tracking and organizing data in spreadsheetsLogistics or transportation experience is a plusComfortable working in a back‐office environmentHighly detail‐oriented with strong organizational skillsStrong English communication skills
