Operating as a direct, professionally managed landlord, they serve tenants and property owners alike with a bilingual English and Spanish platform, a fast 24-hour response commitment, and a relationship-first approach that sets them apart from larger, impersonal property managers.
About the Role We're looking for a Virtual Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the portfolio, serving as the operational point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors. This role has a hard language requirement: full fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required, as a significant portion of tenant and vendor communication happens in Spanish.
Responsibilities Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text, email, and WhatsApp in both English and Spanish, handling difficult conversations professionally
Communicate with Section 8 and Housing Authority representatives, and assist with leasing coordination and tenant screening
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-up through to resolution, tracking open work orders and escalating urgent issues
Source and manage vendors for repairs and renovations
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit turnovers, and assist with rent collection and payment follow-ups
Maintain organized property records, leases, invoices, and tenant documentation
Keep property management software and internal systems accurate and up to date
Apply multi-entity accounting fundamentals, tracking income, expenses, and financial activity across multiple LLCs and properties
Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline recurring workflows




What We're Looking For Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken (non-negotiable)
Prior experience in property management, real estate operations, or a closely related role
Fundamental understanding of multi-entity accounting across multiple properties or business entities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, managing multiple open items without dropping the ball
Comfortable handling difficult tenant conversations professionally and calmly
Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and contractors
Tech-savvy with reliable internet and a quiet, professional work environment
Nice to Have Experience with DoorLoop, Buildium, or similar property management software
Experience working with Section 8 or affordable housing programs
Experience managing remote vendors or contractors across multiple properties
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflows and reporting
Work Schedule 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work
Availability during US Pacific Time business hours
Compensation & Time Off Compensation paid in USD
Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
Paid Time Off according to company policy
Holidays observed according to company guidelines
