Retail Store Manager | Fashion & Footwear

Are you an experienced retail leader passionate about building high-performing teams and creating outstanding customer experiences?

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee the operations of an internationally recognized sustainable sneaker and fashion brand. This role will be responsible for driving sales, developing the store team, and delivering an exceptional experience aligned with the brand’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Lead, motivate, and develop a retail team of 8–10 employees.

Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, productivity, and inventory.

Develop action plans to improve performance and achieve business goals.

Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience.

Manage schedules, shift coverage, training, and team performance.

Maintain the brand’s visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Prepare business reports and communicate results to regional teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Profile

2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a similar retail leadership role.

Proven experience in retail, preferably within footwear, fashion, sneakers, or premium brands.





Experience managing a team of 8–10 employees.

Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Results-driven, with the ability to analyze retail performance indicators.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Advanced English and Spanish.

French or Portuguese is desirable but not required.

Availability to work five days and approximately 40 hours per week on a versátil, rotating schedule.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to business needs.

Compensation and Employment Conditions

Monthly salary ranging from MXN $45,000 to $70,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Statutory benefits.

Annual or semiannual performance-based bonus.

Initial employment contract for a minimum of six months through FPMI.
