As a Senior Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for execution control across inbound and outbound logistics flows, ensuring ICC/ICB, GR/IR, and inventory processes are properly executed and financial impacts are accurately reflected in the ERP. This role combines strong controllership fundamentals, including balance sheet, inventory, and compliance controls, with hands‑on partnership with Operations to identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and establish sustainable control routines.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Provide dedicated regional ownership to monitor and drive adherence to ICC/ICB and logistics finance processes in LATAM.
- Reduce recurring execution gaps that create downstream corrections, manual clean‑up, and increased control/compliance exposure.
- Increase pricing execution reliability for LATAM logistics flows by ensuring correct application of relevant price conditions/adders in ICC/ICB scenarios and reducing downstream re‑pricing and credit/debit note activity.
- Improve GR/IR hygiene (ageing, mismatches,



root‑cause resolution) and ensure timely follow‑up with operations and shared services (GBS/CG).
- Strengthen inventory controls (reconciliations, cycle count follow‑up, stock ageing/slow movers, ownership and valuation alignment) and enable reliable regional reporting.
- Strengthen financial control over repair workshop activities impacting the region (repair cost recognition vs recovery/claims, invoicing/PO backlog visibility, scrap, and productivity) and subcontracting repair management.

What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Senior controllership experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Finance with a strong balance sheet control mindset.
