Guardian Industries is looking for a Supply Planning Intercompany and Trading Coordinator to join our team in El Marqués, Querétaro. In this role, you will be responsible for translating demand plans into effective supply and inventory strategies for imported glass products sourced from Guardian sister plants. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting world-class customer service through strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams.
Our Team You will be part of the Supply Chain organization and report directly to the S&OE; Manager. This role works cross‑functionally with regional demand planning, logistics, customer service, production planning, and supply planning teams across multiple Guardian locations. Success in this position requires collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain inventory replenishment plans to ensure product availability for customer demand.




- Coordinate closely with supply planners at Guardian sister plants to minimize material shortages and support inventory targets.
- Align with regional coating and tint campaign schedules to support replenishment cycles and inventory models.
- Monitor demand versus available supply capacity and proactively address potential constraints.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to support project‑related demand requirements.
- Translate coated glass demand forecasts into supply requirements and delivery plans.
- Create and manage replenishment purchase orders while optimizing transportation efficiency.
- Monitor inventory health and support product rotation strategies to reduce slow‑moving inventory.
