Stem Fuels is a Trading/Brokering/Distribution house dedicated to supply ship owners with marine supply, fuels and lubricants.Our customers are our first priority and our team strive to be available for them anytime needed**Objectives**- Represent the company in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience- Meet or surpass sales quota expectations- Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues**Responsibilities**- Bring prospects to evaluate needs and promote products- Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products- Build lasting partnerships with clients by identifying opportunities and responding with a sense of urgency- Collaborate with internal teams for promotional events and customer service**Required skills and qualifications**- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills- Strong business acumen and sense of ethics- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts**Education and Experience**- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Development preferred.
- Prior field sales experience required.
- Experience in lubricant and fuel sales are a plus.We offer base salary + commissions.
