EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of Assistant Fitness Manager. The Assistant Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing the Personal Training team, personally conducting introductory workouts with new members, and facilitating their initiation into our gym’s fitness programs. Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Fitness Manager will play a crucial role in driving personal training sales, performance of the personal training team and fostering member relationships.



This position involves working closely with our membership and personal training team to sell training packages and provide exceptional service to our members. The idóneo candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities, a genuine passion for fitness, a strong motivation to achieve, and a history of delivering measurable results.

Position Purpose
Build and lead a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, ensure they have a healthy pipeline of clients, and that those clients and other members receive exceptional fitness experience.

Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising Personal Trainers.
- Manage the payroll process for personal trainers to ensure team members are paid correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure daily targets are met, particularly during weekends or when the General Manager is not present, by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
