- Reporting to the Facilities Engineer, Facilities Maintenance Technician role involves_ _working on Equipment and Facilities Installations throw the utilities of the site.
Conducts analysis, inspection, evaluation, modification, and implementation of facilities installation improvements across all site.
Execute facilities maintenance routines according to a Preventive Maintenance Plan and attend Corrective Maintenance Requirements supported with a Computerized Maintenance Management System in order to guarantee Facilities Equipment and Installations availability.

- _ Duties performed in this role may include, but are not limited to the following:_




- _ Execute Facilities Equipment Maintenance Routines of Systems assigned.

- _Develops and implements comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure that facilities systems operate as designed._
- _ Ensures and guarantee Facilities Equipment Systems availability._
- _ Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies._
- _ Provides technical support for internal clients along with Facilities Systems knowledge as required._
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- _ Experience as Maintenance Technician.

- _Experience with Hydraulic, electrical and Electromechanical Systems._
- _ Experience with Industrial building installations _
- _Experience with _Electromechanical Diagrams.
