Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience Requirements 10+ years of experience in materials management, internal logistics, or supply chain. 5+ years leading multi‑plant organizations. Automotive Standards and EHS & Security: Mastery of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CTPAT, and OEA regulations. Problem Solving & Quality Tools: Expert application of 8 D, Core Tools, LPA, and CAPA. High-impact leadership and team development. Advanced analytical thinking and strategic decision-making. Strong cross-functional organization and communication.
