About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Leasing Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for every prospective resident interested in the client’s properties. This is a fast-paced,



fully remote role where speed, warmth, and consistency directly influence occupancy rates.
Your mission:
Contact every new lead within one hour and convert interest into scheduled tours.
What You’ll DoSpeed to Lead
- Monitor the CRM throughout your shift for new leads across multiple properties.
- Contact every new lead within 60 minutes via phone (primary) plus follow-up outreach.
- Make multiple strategic contact attempts until successful connection.

Tour Conversion & Sales
- Build rapport quickly through warm, confident phone communication.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and match them with the right property.
- Overcome objections professionally and confidently.
- Schedule tours and confirm appointments—no missed opportunities.
- Re-engage prospects who are undecided or unresponsive.

CRM Management
- Accurately log all call activity, lead details, objections, and outcomes.
- Update status
