**Your Tasks**:**Role Purpose**:Brand Assistant is responsible for leading the day to day activities to ensure the proper execution of the local deployment of the Face category strategy.
**Main Accountabilities**:Commercial & Business excellence:- Brand performance reporting and analysis in market- Ensure NPDs readiness with cross functional teams: SAP, Sales Kit, Artworks, campaign adaptations- Follow up on the execution of the annual game plan- Responsible for marketing budget reporting and correct spend: POs tracking,



BASE update- Working closely with different departments engaging them to achieve the common goals- Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders- Ensure brand guidelines are consistent and executed in all omnichannel consumer touchpoints, local- adaptation, PI campaigns, website- Support with management presentations.Finance:- Familiarize with financial KPIs, start building foundations**Your Profile**:**Knowledge, Skills and Experience****Education**:- Bachelor's degree on Marketing, Management- Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar is required**Skills**:- Drive for results- Ambitious and eager to learn- Advanced English**Experience**:- 1-2 years as schoolar in Marketing in FMCG.
